FSX, FS9 and a few others have these and while I was with the group that said, sure great for non combat sims, I didn't see a place for it while you're in a dogfight. Well, I may have to change my mind on that, but only if this turns out to be worthwhile.
The video is of the start up procedure for the Ka-50 Black Shark, the new helo combat sim.
This guy made the 'glove' and it changes the feel of the game, be sure...
