Doesn't have anything to do with the mission builder, but it's probably the best place for it: an article on Complex Engine Management.
Not necessary to use, but fun to mess around with. Can give you extra speed where you may think there is none to be had; and can save a fair share of fuel. Useful in any situation.

Uhhh...maaan. I was really doing destruction the wrong way. I destroyed individual buildings in Stalingrad. It could have been done a lot easier.

HA!! I was looking at that site last night. There's a mod there that makes the B17's and the B29's flyable. We may have to put together a mod pack for this crowd.
