All in on 2-pair. That's pretty brave. Must have the money to burn.

The skill level of players doesn't seem to rise commensurate to the blinds. You still get the same hacks at the higher limit tables, it just takes more capital to take them on. I'm hoping to dump some more money in my account so I can afford at least the $1/$2 tables. I have the game to play higher blinds, but I never had the money.

You have to take the risk at the very beginning and risk a big amount of your bankroll in a single game. If you stick to the .25/.50 tables until your bankroll reaches $5000, you'll never play Phil Ivey.

IRT all-in with two pairs: He was lured in by his pocket Aces. Two aces tend to turn one's brain into invulnerable state. It's crazy what people call with their Aces when there are possible straights and flushes on the board.

Some people are just unable to accept the fact that all signs point to their aces being broken. Even worse are the people holding KK and denying that there's an ace on the board.

I got a queston. Say you get dealt something like AK but get no help from the flop - Say 2 7 J or some shit. Is it worth putting down a bit of money to see the turn and river or do you guys bail if you get no help on the flop?

It depends on position and what action takes place before me. If I raised preflop with my AK, most of the time I'm gonna make what's called a continuation bet, even if I miss the flop. Of course, if there's heavy action before me, I might get away from the hand, especially if my cards are offsuit. But if there is little to no action before me, I am gonna make a bet to either send a message, or get some information from the rest of the players still in the hand.

I'd go all in Span. BTW I'm pretty shit at poker.
