[CAT] Scratching Post

So in Maryland, front license plates are mandatory. Was not the case in Ga where the car was from, and the holes to fix the plate on the front are too wide apart compared to the holes in the plate. I don't really want to drill through the plate (probably a state offense, drilling through state property! ), and I don't want to drill through the bumper, so question to the cars know-it-alls around: what can I do? Are there special plate holding brackets for that situation?

I saw something about that, just can't get myself to trust it...

They don't require front plates in Georgia? Maybe that's cos all the yokels have raggedy-ass pickups, and the front bumper is only held on by chicken wire and chewing gum. Any extra weight and the whole front end of the truck might fall right off.

Being that I'm right across the river in WV, I always laugh whenever I see Maryland tags. You cross into our territory, and every other pickup truck has a picture of a whitetale buck superimposed over a Confederate flag on the front bumper.

Nothing new either!!

The holes in your front bumper are most likely for a license plate bracket. You can get one from a local dealer. Front plates aren't used in NC either, BTW.
