I would also say make sure you download the default map pack. it alone breathes new life into those old maps, plus it adds prolly the sexiest map I have seen with the Slovakia map.

I'd like to get back into flying, but I think I need to learn to fly for real and not with the noob settings on. It stopped being a challenge, and that made it less fun. Not that I'd mind to fly with the whole crew again some night.

I'd like to get back into again too. I guess I need to get off my arse and get the latest patch on. I'm still on the one we used when you, Kenny, Pure and I were flying last summer/fall.

I haven't stopped flying. It's been lonely up there lately.

Nah, it's not over. It's just been postponed by my inability to get my hands on a webcam for Kenny's homemade TrackIR solution.

Kenny's using TrackIR? You know, I actually wear glasses by default, but still, that looks awkward as fuck.

I'm using Freetrack. While TrackIR runs 130.00-180.00 I got the same thing for less than 30.00. Once you get the software tweaked how you want it, the movement is natural. I can't fly anymore without it.

I'm going to make it a point to be home (and flyable) Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I already told Mel that if I don't do intensely guy things for three days prior to V-Day, I'll have my manhood entirely sapped and limp until Thanksgiving, at the least.
