They don't actually exist. Or rather the 3GS doesn't exist. Apart from the Apple Store itself which I refuse to buy one from cos the staff are cunts.

Most stores are claiming a delivery of them Tuesday. They'll probably have sold out by the time I get there late on.

Good device, all i can say about it...make sure you get the apple care on it.

They're good. Only touch screen phone worth having IMO. Went up to London and was trying to find an address using a TomTom, but ended up using my friend's iPhone instead because the GPS was far, far better.

Still no sign of one.

Visit the 3 CPW's near me and they all have none but say Tuesday. The O2 shop says wednesday. Phone the 3 CPW's again on Tuesday and 2 say dunno and 1 says Wednesday. Phoned O2 and the remaining CPW today (wednesday) and CPW says Friday and O2 says dunno.

So basically they all know fuckall and have no iphones.

The Apple store gets them regularly apparently but that place is hell on earth and I am extremely loathe to go in there. Looking like my only option though...

I keep going back and forth between wanting an iPhone and not. The thing is, I want everything but the phone. If they'd just put a camera on the iPod Touch, that'd do me.

I was the same. I came close to getting a touch several times but then I was also considering getting a new phone and thought I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone an all that.

Plus I tend to carry my phone everywhere and to get the most of this I'd have to carry it as well... carrying both would be a PITA.

I have a prepaid phone that I have used maybe 10 times since I got it in December. I have a hard time justifying a monthly cell bill if I'm not making more than a call or two a month. I just don't feel the need to call people when I'm out of the house. I could totally get down with some webs in my pocket, though. See a freak on the street, snap a pic, upload to facebook...I could seriously love that.

Yeah that was my other reason. I was also seriously considering a netbook. Again, I figured this was a compromise.

Would still like a netbook though. Those Samsung NC20's look badass.
