I've been struggling with my Harmony remote for a while now, the charging has been erratic, often when I put it down on the craddle it doesn't charge well, or even worse not at all... plus it won't hold a charge... so today I noticed the battery compartment was protruding... I opened it and noticed that the battery had swollen. Quite a bit... on their website they say it'll do that, but to the point where the battery compartment cannot close, I don't think so... so I'm trolling their support site looking for the email of customer support (although it's been more than a year that I've had it I'm afraid....). Find the page... and what do I read?? You've got to be kidding me! That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever read...
