Continue with that attitude and your destined to be fail. Seriously, do you think everyone has to play by your set of rules? So fucking what if I called you. I understood the consequences and did it anyway. Any number of things could have happened on that flop and it happened to go my way. Boo fucking hoo.

I guess a combination of that and the fact the hand didnt mean as much to me as it did to you. People tend to dwell on the hard losses.

It's not a rule, it's common sense. It doesn't matter, I don't even think you realised you were calling a raise.

I know you think you're supposed to bluff every other hand, but you did call with garbage. :P

 Its my style

After playing on UB for awhile, I've found that calling just about anything pre-flop is not a bad idea. Theres exceptions of course, but if it doesnt cost too much...why not. If I can, I want to see that flop as much as possible. That hand right there is a perfect example of what a waste it would have been to fold.

Next time we're playing .25/.50 where garbage gets too expensive. Enough of this cheapo SnG shit. A call-everything strategy falls apart real quick when it makes you go broke.6

As it stands now, I'm not playing for about 2 weeks.

Yeah, I'm speaking of low blinds with that strat. On a 25/50 table, I would have hit the auto fold button with a quickness. You see, thats your problem, Schlipps. You're playing a high game strat with a bunch of bums at a low cost table. In that kind of enviroment you've got to be a little reckless in order to survive.

I've had to work at it, but I'm really digging employing the aggressive strategy you guys recommended. Like with pocket AA for example, sure you may only be collecting blinds by betting big pre flop, but you sure as shit won't be getting sucked out. I've been playing quite a bit lately and I've yet to get sucked out by anyone when I have the nuts. I'm on quite a good run actually. There is some good money to be made on the $.50-$1.00 tables I tell you.

Nice. The backdoor flush is much less obvious than a completed draw from the beginning. That river card was a real neck breaker for your opponent. I can imagine him crying "You ass don't have a flush!" after you called his river raise.
