I had short notice, dammit. The source of those chops is a 45 minute drive away. There's a butcher in Amherst who kicks major ass, and he cut those chops to just the thickness i needed.

Yeah, well my cousin used my broiler pan and let it ferment for about a month before I needed it. When I moved out, i didn't bother taking it with me. It's $1.59 cake pans til I can get a new one.

I have nifty Ikea flatware and sliverware, thankyouverymuch. :prt:
